Harlton Rainbows have fun!!

We take part in indoor and outdoor activities and our meetings are full of
games and craft activities which provide challenging opportunities for
Rainbows to think for themselves within a programme devised by the Leaders,
based on the girl guiding programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw - Our
activities based around our 4 key words Look, Learn, Love and Laugh.

Rainbows are a part of the wide girl guiding family. Subject to space
within our unit, any girl between the ages of 5-7 years old can become a
member and is open to any girl regardless of faith, race, culture or
nationality provided she is able to understand and willing to make or work
towards her promise. Our uniform is a purple tabard.

Each term we choose a topic and then enjoy activities based on this theme.
Rainbows do not work towards badges but we do have an optional termly
challenge, which if the Rainbows complete, they are awarded a ribbon which
is sewn onto their tabards.

Rainbows is held every Monday during term time in Harlton Village Hall from
5.30 - 6.30pm.
